ein Stern abzug für Lieferung/Montage 4/5

Optisch 10/10! Die Sicherheitsklasse ist auch sehr hoch und ich habe beim Tresor selbst nichts zubemängeln. Die Lieferung war nicht gerade professionell da das Montageteam nicht wirklich mit mir gesprochen hat, dadurch wirkten sie sehr unmotiviert. Ändert aber natürlich nichts am ausgezeichneten Produkt - Service sollte allerdings für die vollen 5 Sterne auch angemessen sein, deshalb 4 Sterne.
